Fees including conference dinner

The (VAT-included) fees for the conference depend on type of membership and the registration date (early bird, late bird). The fees include the conference dinner. 

SRA members who choose to be affiliated to SRA Europe as an SRA Europe supporting member when they renew their 2011 membership (40 dollars - approximately € 27), will receive a reduction of more than € 80 on the conference fee. 

Participants who are giving an oral or a poster presentation, can not register for one-day only.

In order that we can print the final programme we need to ensure that all those that are presenting are registered at the conference. To this end, if you have not registered would you please do so by April 28^th. 

The deadline for early bird registration is 14 March 2011.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations until 29 April 2011 the registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of 50 € plus 19 % VAT. For cancellations after 29 April 2011 the participation fee cannot be refunded and has to be fully paid. To cancel, please inform Congrex Deutschland GmbH in writing.

There is a substantial discount in fees for those members that affiliated to SRA-Europe when they renewed their 2011 membership. It is not too late to benefit from this discount.  If you have not renewed your 2011 membership, or indeed if you wish to become an SRA member for the first time, you can do this on the SRA website now. Be sure to select the box to affiliate to SRA Europe - and you are then entitled to register at the Stuttgart meeting for the reduced fee. 

Please note that the deadline for early bird registration is March 14, 2011. Online registration is open until Tuesday, May 31, 2011. On-site registration is possible.
 

Accommodation

While booking for the conference, it is also possible to sign up for a hotel room at the same time. The rates and other relevant particulars are mentioned in the table below. 
It is, of course, also possible to book a room through a regular travel agency. To ensure you get the best price you are advised to check the rates available through the hotel websites.

Please be advised that there is another event in Stuttgart at the same time as the joint SRA-E - iNTeg-Risk conference. We suggest to book rooms timely.
