SRA-E invites submissions of abstracts.

Please mind: due to the Covid pandemic situation and changing travel conditions, it is decided to set new key dates and postpone the abstract submission deadline till: 28 February 2022.

SRA-Europe 2022 Conference, presentations will be held in the following formats.

1. Symposia: Represent a group of oral presentations (minimum 3 presentations; maximum 5 presentations) by one or more authors each, organized around one common topic + one short symposium introduction by the coordinator + symposium Q&A/discussion. Symposium duration: 90min.
2. Oral presentations: Represent individual oral presentations by one or more authors + Q&A/discussion for all presentations at the session’s end. Individual presentation duration: 15min.
3. Poster presentations: Represent an individual poster presentation by one or more authors + individual Q&A/discussion of the poster.

The organizers will allocate stand-alone oral presentations to thematic sessions. Symposia are self-organized sessions which have a specific thematic focus. Abstracts for oral presentations for symposia must indicate which symposium they belong to.

General guidelines

1. For all presentations at the conference, an abstract in English must be submitted.
2. The details on submission system will be announced in late October. Please do not fax, mail or email your abstract as it will not be considered!
3. Proposed abstracts will be accepted only on condition that at least one of the authors has registered for the conference.

Detailed instructions for Submitting Abstracts

Abstracts should highlight research results and clearly indicate

• why the research is important;
• how it contributes to scientific progress;
• which methodological and conceptual approaches were chosen; and
• which theoretical models and methods were applied.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the SRA-E 2022 Scientific Committee. Upon acceptance, authors will be notified by email.

1. Symposia

Abstract submissions for symposia should include the following information:

• Preferred type of presentation: Symposium
• Presentation title (Max. 20 words)
• Author(s), affiliation(s) (including country, city and postcode for each) & email(s)
• Presenting author
• Abstract (max. 400 words)
• Preferred topics (min one, max three)
• Keywords (max. 5)
• Symposium coordinator’s last name
• Symposium coordinator’s first name
• Symposium coordinator’s email
• Symposium title (max. 20 words)

1.1 Instructions for symposium coordinators:

The symposium abstract must be submitted by the symposium coordinator. Symposium coordinators are asked to inform each symposium presenter of the title of the symposium.

1.2 Instructions for symposium presenters:

Before submitting your abstract, please request the following information from the symposium coordinator:

• Symposium coordinator’s last name, first name, and email;
• Symposium title (max. 20 words).

Submit your abstract as an oral presentation with this information in the field “If part of a symposium”: An abstract to be given at a symposium must be submitted by the presenting author.

2. Oral presentations and poster presentations

Abstracts for oral presentations or poster presentations should include the following information:

• Preferred type of presentation: Oral presentation or poster presentation (one or the other)
• Presentation title (max. 20 words)
• Author(s), affiliation(s) (including country, city and postcode for each) & email(s)
• Presenting author
• Abstract (max. 400 words)
• Relevant topics (min one, max three)
• Keywords (max. 5)

Submission of abstracts

To submit an abstract, please, click HERE and select Make Submission. Fill in the form and click on Make Submissions button. After the submission, you will receive an email with your login information. Then go to Upload File, enter your Submission ID and Password, click Chose File, navigate to your Word file and click on Upload File button. To change the submission, go to Edit Submission, enter your Submission ID and Password make the changes.
